Manual micromanipulator MHW-4-1 NARISHIGE
The Narishige MHW-4-1 micromanipulator is a single-axis water-hydraulic device designed for the fine positioning of micropipettes or electrodes. Used in electrophysiology, it offers high-precision control thanks to a stable hydraulic system, a backlash-free mechanism and optimal stability. It is designed to be combined with other manual manipulators such as the MMN-1 to ensure vibration-free fine adjustments.
Features of the NARISHIGE MHW-4-1 Manual Micromanipulator
- Precise hydraulic control on one axis (usually Z or Y)
- Travel range: 10 mm with backlash-free screw system
- Soft micrometer wheel for ultra-stable positioning
- Compact design compatible with manual translation systems
- Ideal as a complement to a coarse manipulator such as the MMN-1
- Suitable for patch-clamp and intracellular recordings
