Recording chamber for study of tissue sections RC-22, RC-22C WARNER
RC-22 and RC-22C have a low-volume, diamond-shaped open bath, facilitating rapid solution exchange and reducing sample distortion during perfusion. Each chamber is equipped with a 22 x 40 mm coverslip and an anchor to hold tissue slices or coverslips, with Lycra © threads spaced 1.5 mm apart. The RC-22 is supplied with an SHD-22L/15 anchor and the RC-22C with an SHD-22CL/15. The solution is aspirated via a stainless steel clamp-fastened tube, ensuring stable positioning. Each chamber has an agar bridge well for reference electrodes. The working volume is 115 µL for the RC-22 and 138 µL for the RC-22C, with 1.2 mm high side walls for easy access to the electrodes. The chambers require a platform (PM-1, PH-1 or P-1) and a stage adapter for microscope mounting.
