Recording chambers for patch-clamp RC-26, RC-26G WARNER
The RC-26 and RC-26G are suitable for cell cultures on glass coverslips or for tissue and brain slices. Their diamond-shaped bath ensures laminar flow, while the large imaging area (12 × 25 mm for RC-26 and 15 × 24 mm for RC-26G) provides excellent access to electrodes and water-immersion objectives. The large bath makes it easy to insert and remove a coverslip from the top opening. Working volumes are 150 µL/mm for RC-26 and 234 µL/mm for RC-26G. The chambers can accommodate large tissue samples with anchor harps available (1.0; 1.5; 2.0 mm spacing).
