Recording chambers for physiological measurements RC-25, RC-25F WARNER
RC-25 and RC-25F are open recording chambers with a diamond-shaped bath, ensuring laminar flow and rapid solution exchange. RC-25 uses 12 or 13 mm diameter coverslips, while RC-25F uses 15 mm coverslips. The low bath volumes (90 µL/mm for RC-25 and 133 µL/mm for RC-25F) allow rapid fluid exchange even at flow rates below 1 mL/min. These chambers are not designed for inserting coverslips on top. RC-25 requires a PM-3, PH-3 or P-3 platform and RC-25F a PM-4, PH-4 or P-4 platform, with a Series 20 stage adapter for microscope mounting.
