NanoScan Z series motorised stage

Prior Scientific’s NanoScan Z series offers precision piezo stages for Z-axis focusing. Available in 100, 200 and 400 µm versions, these models offer fast, stable and extremely accurate movements. Equipped with piezoresistive sensors and compatible with RS-232, USB or analogue control, they are ideal for Z-stack imaging, confocal microscopy and automated systems.

Features of the NanoScan Z series

  • Available strokes: 100, 200, 400 µm
  • Nanometric resolution with piezoresistive sensors
  • Typical repeatability of 5 nm
  • Fast stabilisation time (~10 ms)
  • Control interfaces: RS-232, USB, 0-10 V analogue
  • LCD screen available on some models
  • Compatible with ProScan H117, HLD117 motorised stages
