Sola Light Engine LED Fluorescent Illuminators 350-680 nm – Lumencor
Lumencor’s SOLA Light Engine is a mercury-free solid-state white light source designed for microscopy and test equipment.
Description of the Lumencor SOLA Light Engine light source
The SOLA Light Engine replaces arc lamps (mercury or metal halide), offering high intensity, rapid stability and no maintenance.
Features of the Lumencor SOLA Light Engine
- Up to 4, 5 or 6 solid-state sources combined to generate continuous white light
- Active luminous flux stabilisation function via photodetector and feedback
- Instant start-up with no warm-up time, stability achieved in less than a second
- Manual control (button/pedal) and electronic controls (USB, TTL, intensity 0-100%)
- Typical life ≥ 10 years (>20,000 h), no consumables
- Mercury-free source, RoHS/REACH compliant and CE, TUV, UL certified
