Its rectangular metal plate (160 × 110 mm) with a 26 mm inner opening ensures optimum thermal and mechanical stability. User-defined position limits allow the field of view to be maintained during manipulations, while culture dishes can be removed, incubated and then replaced on the stage without losing position, guaranteeing continuity and precision in experiments.
