ORCA -Flash 4.0 LT Plus camera
Hamamatsu’s ORCA-Flash 4.0 LT Plus is a fast, highly sensitive scientific camera designed for demanding biological applications such as calcium imaging and 3D reconstruction. It offers a high quantum efficiency of 82% at 560 nm and a wide field of view. The camera has a resolution of 4 MPixels with 6.5 µm² pixels and can achieve up to 60 frames per second in ROI. Its low noise level (0.9 median / 1.5 rms) guarantees clear, accurate acquisitions. It is suitable for all types of applications: live or fixed cells, brightfield or fluorescence, and enables rapid acquisitions in sensitive experiments.
