Integrated patching system (amplifier + data acquisition + software) dPatch
The dPatch® system is available in single or dual preamplifier versions, offering the possibility of recording simultaneously at impressed potential and impressed current. Each pre-amplifier operates independently and samples data at 5 MHz with 18-bit resolution at 1 MHz. The outputs are filtered at 13 settings, from 100 Hz to 1 MHz. Its low-noise design allows stable recordings at room temperature without the need to cool the pre-amplifier. The system includes eight analogue input channels, four analogue outputs and sixteen digital outputs, with a high sampling rate, and allows acquisition to be triggered via an internal clock or external TTL. SutterPatch software allows the addition and monitoring of over 600 experimental metadata, stimulus application, instrument control and real-time data analysis. Configuration is quick and connections simplified for easy set-up.
