P2000 horizontal stretchers SUTTER INSTRUMENT
TheP-2000 laser stretcher from Sutter Instrument can be used to manufacture ultra-fine (diameter < 0.03 µm) patch pipettes, microelectrodes or optical fibres with exceptional precision. Using a durable CO₂ laser (>10 years), it stretches quartz, borosilicate or aluminosilicate glass without mechanical contact. Its programmable parameters (laser power, beam width, speed and pulling force) and memory for 100 programmes ensure maximum flexibility. Ideal for patch-clamping, micro-injection, mass spectrometry or near-field microscopy, it offers optimum control for advanced laboratory applications.
