P97 horizontal stretchers SUTTER INSTRUMENT
Sutter Instrument’s P-97 pipette/microelectrode stretcher enables ultra-fine (diameter < 0.1 µm) patch pipettes and microelectrodes to be manufactured with high precision and reproducibility. With its two-stage pull cycle, closed enclosure, programmable self-contained air supply and self-test function, it ensures optimum control of manufacturing conditions. Equipped with a memory for 100 programmes and a fluorescent display, it is ideal for producing symmetrical pipettes suitable for various applications such as injection into zebrafish, insect eggs or aspiration pipettes.
Features of the P-97 pipette/microelectrode stretcher
- Produces 2 symmetrical pipettes/microelectrodes per stretch
- Tip diameter of less than 0.1 µm for microelectrodes
