Camera Monochrome Orca Fusion CoaXPress 5.3M Time Lapse, Calcium and ratiometric imaging
The Hamamatsu ORCA-Fusion is a state-of-the-art scientific camera based on the 5.3-megapixel Gen III Scientific CMOS (sCMOS) sensor. Designed to combine high resolution, speed and extreme sensitivity, it boasts very low read noise (<1 e- rms), near-perfect linearity and an exceptional dynamic range (21,400:1). Thanks to its air/water cooling, multiple reading modes (normal, binning, lightsheet) and fast USB 3.0 and CoaXPress interfaces, it meets the most demanding needs in advanced microscopy.
Particularly well suited to low-light conditions, the ORCA-Fusion guarantees reliable detection of weak signals and images of exceptional quality. Its exclusive, patented “light sheet” mode considerably improves the signal-to-noise ratio, reducing photobleaching and phototoxicity.
