MultiStim iModel 3800 8-channel programmable stimulator
The Model 3800 MultiStim is a programmable stimulator with 8 independent channels, capable of delivering single-phase or two-phase pulse trains. It also supports complex protocols such as Paired Pulses or Stepped Pulses, as well as the SUM function for combining the outputs of several channels to create elaborate waveforms.
Features of the MultiStim iModel 3800 8-channel programmable stimulator
- 8 fully independent channels, controllable individually or combined via SUM or cross-triggering
- Wide time range: pulses from 1 µs to 250 hours, with a minimum interval of 3 µs
- Built-in protocols: single/biphase trains, Paired Pulse, Stepped Pulse, SUM output per channel
- Comprehensive triggering and gating options: 8 dedicated TTL BNCs, 3 redirectable generics
- Control via front panel touch screen or Windows software (LabVIEW/MATLAB drivers available)
- Calibrated voltage output ±10 V (1 mV resolution); optional with SIU Model 3820: ±60 V or ±20 mA, bandwidth up to 500 kHz
