DS2A voltage stimulator
The DS2A is an isolated constant-voltage stimulator, powered by 11 PP3 (9 V) batteries, designed to deliver monophasic pulses from 0 to 99 V, while maintaining ultra-low noise thanks to its optical isolation between the trigger source and the output circuit.
The device is particularly suited to in vivo and in vitro electrophysiology applications where precision is crucial.
Features of the DS2A Stimulator
- Selectable voltage ranges: 0-9 V and 0-99 V, adjusted via a 10-turn potentiometer
- Precise monophasic pulses with easy polarity switching
- Pulse duration adjustable from 20 µs to 2 s, can be set on front panel or via external TTL control
- Very low capacitance optical isolation (< 3 pF) for minimum noise
- LED indication during pulse and battery test sockets on front panel
- Compact size compatible with 19″ mounting via D121-11 chassis, accommodating two units
