NanoScan SP motorised stage
The NanoScan SP series from Prior Scientific includes high-precision piezo stages for Z-axis positioning. With a closed-loop travel of 200 to 800 µm and nanometric resolution, these devices are ideal for fast 3D imaging applications, volume scanning or autofocusing. Their small footprint means they can be integrated directly into inverted or custom microscopy platforms.

Features of the NanoScan SP
- Strokes available: 200, 400, 600, 800 µm (closed loop)
- Resolution down to 0.5 nm (depending on model)
- Stabilisation time < 10 ms for small displacements
- 3 nm repeatability and linearity between 0.2% and 0.25
- Ultra-flat design: less than 14 mm high
- Compatible with NPC-D-6110 controllers and imaging software
- Adaptable inserts for different sample types
