SENSAPEX uMs motorised microscope
The uMs SENSAPEX microscope is a fully motorised system based on the Nikon FN-1 upright microscope, guaranteeing extreme precision.
Equipped with a motorised closed-loop focus control, it offers a range of 40 mm with a resolution of 4 nm.
The system comprises the uMs-FN1 upright microscope with motorised Z-focus, a 2-position uMs-OBJ motorised objective changer, a uMs-MXY motorised XY translation platform and an uMs-FXY ultra-stable fixed XY stage that can accommodate up to 8 uMp-3 manipulators.
The uMs-BRE part is used to install the motorised platform, and the whole assembly is controlled by the uMs-MCU 4-axis controller.
Depending on the configuration, the working distance varies from 185 to 220 mm (fixed plate directly on anti-vibration table) to 226.5 to 271.5 mm (plate installed on motorised platform).
