Axon Pclamp11 software

The pClamp 11 software suite enables precise acquisition and analysis using impressed current or impressed potential techniques, for patch-clamp and intracellular experiments. It includes Clampex 11 for acquisition, AxoScope 11 for real-time visualisation, Clampfit 11 for data analysis and an optional advanced analysis module for sophisticated processing. This enhanced version offers a flexible protocol editor, the ability to view multiple channels simultaneously, and the creation of complex protocols including slots, ramps, cosine functions, sine or triangular profiles. The software is optimised for automatic detection of low-amplitude events, such as excitatory or inhibitory post-synaptic potentials, and includes numerous graphical and analytical tools for representing and interpreting electrophysiological data.
