SM-25C Manual Stereotactic Micromanipulator – NARISHIGE
Narishige’s SM-25C stereotactic micromanipulator is designed for multi-registration with stereotactic instruments, offering fine Z-axis movement via an oil hydraulic system that limits drift. Extremely slim without compromising stability, it allows precise positioning of microelectrodes thanks to its ability to rotate in all three planes and its dedicated support. With a minimum graduation of 1 μm and a fine stroke of 10 mm, it provides ideal micrometric adjustment for experiments requiring extremely precise and stable control.
Features of the SM-25C stereotactic micromanipulator
The SM-25C micromanipulator enables multi-channel recording with stereotactic instruments
The SM-25C is designed to be as slim as possible without compromising stability
Z-axis with fine movements
Dedicated holder for microelectrodes
Rotation is possible in all three planes; the horizontal plane can be rotated using a handle
Angular adjustment of the microelectrodes for highly accurate positioning
The two models(SM-25A and SM-25C) in this series differ in the movement of the Z axis:
- The SM-25A features fine movement
- The SM-25C features oil hydraulic control, limiting drift.
