P1000 horizontal stretchers SUTTER INSTRUMENT
Sutter Instrument’s P-1000 produces symmetrical microelectrodes or pipettes for biology and neuroscience applications, including patch pipettes, microinjection and intracellular aspiration. It combines years of experience with Flaming/Brown-style stretching machines and incorporates a colour touch screen for an intuitive and comprehensive interface. Programs stored in the Sutter library make it easy to automatically select the optimum parameters according to the type of glass, filament used and type of pipette/microelectrode required. The pre-heating mode, precise temperature control and built-in tests ensure reproducible and safe stretching.
