Oasis Implant MIGHTEX (free-behaving cellular resolution optogenetics and calcium imaging)

Mightex’s OASIS Implant enables the visualisation of individual neurons in freely behaving animals without miniaturising the microscope on the animal. The system uses long, flexible imaging fibres to maintain optical performance and the animal’s natural behaviour. Each system comes with comprehensive acquisition and analysis software, making it easy to collect, process and interpret large calcium imaging datasets. The implant also uses Mightex’s Polygon400 illuminator to precisely target neurons in the field of view. The platform is fully reconfigurable to meet researchers’ current and future needs.
