Oasis Macro MIGHTEX (cortex-wide optogenetics & imaging)
The OASIS Macro is a versatile, configurable platform for in vivo experiments requiring a large field of view. It is designed to work with the Polygon400 illuminator, with a manual or motorised stage, and can be oriented according to the imaging or stimulation zone. It accepts one or two cameras (C-mount), is compatible with µManager, and can incorporate various interchangeable macro lenses (1X, 1.9X, 2.35X, 4X) depending on the size of the area to be observed. The platform can be adapted to accommodate several light sources and a large number of filters, meeting the varied needs of imaging and optogenetics applications.
