OptoPatcher A-M-Systems and LSD-1 Ala Scientific instruments
The system comprises an Optopatcher and an LSD-1 light stimulation device from ALA Scientific Instruments. It allows in vivo whole-cell patch-clamp and LFP recordings, while providing precise optogenetic stimulation via LEDs of different wavelengths (380, 465, 520, 624 nm). The system is designed to be accurate, convenient and compatible with current amplifiers (Axon and standard BNC).
