Photo stimulators polygon 1000-DI for light guide and fibre

The Polygon1000-DI system is designed for laboratories and imaging platforms wishing to use both lightguide-coupled and fibre-coupled light sources with the same Polygon device and microscope configuration. Whether for high-power applications with a laser source or other photostimulation applications with LED sources, the Polygon1000-DI offers dual optical input to accommodate all possible scenarios.

Features of the Polygon 1000-DI for light guides and fibres

  • Precise spatio-temporal control with sub-cellular resolution
  • Dual optical input: light guide and fibre optic
  • Wide wavelength range supported:
  • Light guide: 350 – 1000 nm
  • Fibre optic: 400 – 1000 nm
  • Compatible with LED and laser light sources
  • Ideal for demanding photostimulation applications
  • Fast pattern projection up to 6600 fps for closed-loop experiments
  • DMD technology with micromirrors for simultaneous illumination of multiple areas of interest (ROIs)
