X-Cite optical fibre 3 mm x 1500 mm
The Excelitas X-Cite 3 mm x 1500 mm optical fibre is designed for X-Cite 120 systems. It allows the light source to be remotely located, freeing up bench space and isolating the microscope from mechanical vibrations and electrical noise. Filled with liquid, the fibre prevents any heat transfer to the microscope while providing a uniformly illuminated field of view. Connection to the microscope is via a special coupling adapter.
