Oasis Micro MIGHTEX : (cortical optogenetics & imaging)
The OASIS Micro is a scalable platform designed for in vivo experiments requiring a large field of view. It works with the Polygon400 illuminator, has a manual or motorised stage and can be oriented according to the imaging or stimulation zone. It accepts one or two cameras (C-mount) and is compatible with µManager. The platform can integrate different light sources (LED, laser, halogen lamp) via LightGuide or fibre, and can be fitted with optional image analysis software. The macro lenses are interchangeable (1X, 1.9X, 2.35X, 4X) to adapt to the size of the area to be observed.
