Closed round chamber for MS-CPC imaging ALA Scientific
The MS-CPC closed perfusion chamber is specifically designed for perfusing cell cultures held on glass coverslips (#1 or #2 cover slip, ø 25 mm) during imaging experiments.
It forms a sealed enclosure thanks to a perforated O-ring between two coverslips, guaranteeing sterile isolation and the circulation of medium via integrated inlet and outlet ports.
Features of the ALA Scientific closed round chamber for MS-CPC imaging
- Closed design ensures tight control of the medium without contamination or evaporation
- Perforated elastomer O-ring (Buna-N or Viton) maintains two separate glass coverslips
- Easy evacuation via perforations in the O-ring or outlet tube
- Robust construction: stainless steel nest suitable for ø 35 mm Petri dish, stainless steel or Delrin top ring
