LED Fluorescent Illuminators pE-4000 – CoolLED

The pE-4000 LED illuminator is the most versatile lighting system in the range, offering up to 16 selectable LED wavelengths spread over 4 channels. It covers a very broad spectrum (365-770 nm), allowing excitation of fluorophores ranging from DAPI to the near infrared. Fully compatible with single, double, triple or quadruple band filters on the market, it can be easily adapted to research microscopes from leading manufacturers. Thanks to its finely controlled LEDs, the pE-4000 provides unrivalled flexibility and performance for advanced fluorescence microscopy applications. TTL or USB interfaces with the main software packages: Andor iQ, cellSens, HCImage, LASX, Micromanger, MetaMorph, NIS and others allow incorporation into all experimental set-ups.
