LED Fluorescent Illuminators pE-400 – CoolLED
The pE-400 offers broadband white LED illumination (365-635 nm) adapted to common fluorophores (DAPI to Cy5).
It is an efficient replacement for mercury lamps, with instant power ramp-up, precise irradiance control (0-100%) and TTL synchronisation (< 10 µs) to protect your samples from photobleaching and offer high temporal resolution.
