LED Fluorescent Illuminators pE-340fura – CoolLED
The pE-340fura LED illuminator is specially designed for ratiometric calcium imaging with the Fura-2 probe. Based on the proven platform of the pE-300 series, it combines performance, compactness and accessibility. With precise emissions at 340 nm and 380 nm, it provides high-quality calcium imaging, while also supporting conventional fluorescence (435-645 nm). Its design with no moving parts reduces electronic noise, improves the signal-to-noise ratio and reduces toxicity thanks to the use of lower concentrations of Fura-2.
