LED Fluorescent Illuminators pE-300ultra – CoolLED

The pE-300ultra LED fluorescent illuminator is a modern mercury-free solution offering maximum flexibility. Compatible with direct or fibre optic connection, it covers three main spectral bands (UV/Violet, Blue and Green) for excitation of a wide range of fluorophores. With precise intensity control from 0 to 100% and the ability to integrate up to three excitation filters, it combines performance, versatility and ease of use. The CoolLED pE-300ultra is a highly controllable fluorescence microscopy illumination system that provides intense, broad-spectrum LED illumination for imaging the most common fluorophores. Fast events can be captured with microsecond switching via multiple TTL inputs, and the ability to mount excitation filters in-line allows fast and flexible filter configurations. This, combined with today’s high-performance multi-band filter sets, facilitates imaging traditionally performed using a white light source and filter wheel, with all the benefits of LEDs.
