Recording chamber for very fast solution exchange RC-24N WARNER
RC-24N is a diamond-style open-bath recording chamber, derived from the RC-24, designed to optimise linear flow and accelerate solution exchange. With a very small bath volume of 54 µL per mm of solution, it is ideal for low volume drug application and for physiological and electrophysiological studies on cell culture coverslips. The chamber includes an agar well for reference electrodes and a suction well fitted with an adjustable stainless steel tube with clamp, ensuring a stable position. The bottom of the chamber is formed by a 22 x 40 mm rectangular coverslip. RC-24N requires a platform (PM-1, PH-1 or P-1) and a Series 20 stage adapter for microscope mounting.
