Recording chamber RC-21 BRW WARNER
RC-21 BRW has a large round aperture to accommodate a 25 mm diameter coverslip and provide a maximum field of view of 17 mm. The design allows excellent access to the electrodes and increases the likelihood of observing cellular features around the periphery. A constant level of solution is maintained by a wick between the bath and the suction well. The bath volume is 240 µl per mm of solution height. The chamber operates silently and its low profile is compatible with large-diameter objectives, suitable for upright or inverted microscopes.
