Recording chambers for very rapid perfusion RC-24, RC-24E WARNER
RC-24 and RC-24E are diamond-shaped bath chambers offering very rapid solution exchange with a small bath volume (40 µl/mm for RC-24 and 50 µl for RC-24E), ideal for applying small quantities of drugs. The perfusion inlet and suction outlet are on the same side, making it easy to place lines and electrodes. Each chamber has two wells, one for agar reference electrodes and one for suction, fitted with an adjustable stainless steel tube. The floor consists of a 22 x 40 mm rectangular coverslip requiring a platform and microscope mounting adaptor. Each chamber is supplied with a pack of glass coverslips and 3 metres of PE-160 tubing.
