Perfusion – Chambers
MICRO MÉCANIQUE offers a complete range of perfusion systems and chambers to suit all your applications, from patch clamps and imaging to the study of tissue sections or oocytes.
Perfusion systems :
Simple gravity perfusion: 4 or 8 channel kits for cost-effective, easy-to-install solutions.
Pressure infusion (VCPlus): 4 or 8 channel systems for precise, reproducible flow control.
Focal infusion of very low volumes (Octaflow II): ideal for local, targeted application of substances.
Infusion via syringe pumps (NE Series): programmable models from 1 to 12 syringes (NE-1000, NE-4000, NE-1600, etc.) for flexible, complex protocols.
Long-lasting infusion via peristaltic pumps: Gilson, Ismatec, Ala-Scientific (NE-9000) for continuous, stable, long-lasting flow.
Recording & imaging chambers :
Recording chambers (ALA Scientific, Warner Instruments): round, oval or rectangular, for patch-clamp, physiological measurements, electrical stimulation or rapid solution exchange.
Imaging chambers: closed or anti-vibration models, suitable for confocal microscopy and small volumes.
Oocyte chambers: ALA Scientific & Warner, specially designed to maintain viability and facilitate handling.
Accessories :
Holding grids and harps (ALA Scientific, Warner Instruments) to stabilise tissue slices in the recording chambers.
With MICRO MÉCANIQUE, the Perfusion & Chambers section guarantees that you will find the right solution for your experimental protocols, with the reliability of reference brands (ALA Scientific, Warner Instruments, npi electronic GmbH, Gilson, Ismatec).
